e-freaking-gads.... 5 years later after joining and 8 years after writing those submissions, i find use for this place again, not to post but to look something up, and i read through my old submissions. i cringe with the pain of reading most of that dribble... a few were not too bad, but most of it, including the stuff i was once proud of as a teenager, just uck! i was going through i a lot of that going, "i WROTE that??" "how did i not know how to spell 'hollow'??" "i don't ever remember being on drugs when writing any of this.... so what's the excuse for this one, and this one... oh and this one too...?" and WHINY! holy crud was i whiny! "no one commented... i'm not well liked... boo-hoo-hoo..." geeze, if i met me now as i was then i would thwack me so HARD with a pillow full of bricks.... if some magical being ever gave me the chance to relive my childhood i'd knock the thing out, tie him up, give him a pair of cement shoes and wave cheerily from the boat as it sank to the bottom of the marianas trench.
